Terms and Conditions

We are committed to making strong scented, plant based natural soy candles in handmade cement vessels.

Due to the individuality of our candles, they may not look exactly like the picture used to advertise them on our website. Since each candle vessel is handcrafted, hand-poured, and individually designed. If you think the candle industry needs an overhaul with eco-friendly products and non-toxic chemicals, but you also like hand-crafted, unique, quality candles, then you're in luck! Wildflower Nation & Co. is here to give the candle world a makeover by reimagining and improving the way we make them. 

We stand behind and believe in our product 100%!

However, we do not advise the following:

• Burning the candle near a draft or in the wind.

• Burning the candle in an excessively cold room or surface.

• Burning the candle inconsistent with the labeling on the candle at the time of purchase.

Ordering

By placing an order on this website, you agree that you are:

• Either the owner or an authorized user of the payment instrument used.

• Not engaged in fraud of any kind involving this website, the payment instrument, or (if an authorized user) the owner of the payment instrument.

• Expecting to receive the items ordered.

• Payment will be collected at the time your order is placed.

Payment

Payment is due in full for all orders at the time of placement.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

It is not the general policy of Wildflower Nation & Co. to issue refunds.

If there is an issue with your candle, we will replace the product. We will do this upon the arrival of the defective item from you, at your expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please email us at wfnandco@gmail.com. If we accept your return, we'll email you information on how and where to deliver the package.
